1. Can I use these soaps on my face?
Yes, our soaps are crafted to suit your entire body's needs. Unless specified for a particular area of the body, soaps can be used for face and full body.
2. Can I eat these products?
Although we use natural, quality ingredients these products are not edible no matter how good they smell.
3. Are these products organic or vegan?
We strive to use organic and natural ingredients as much as possible. Our products are certified organic unless labeled otherwise in the ingredient section. We also use honey in some recipes making those products not vegan.
4. What is your return policy?
We do not receive products back. If you receive products that you are not satisfied with due to them not providing your expected results, you can keep them and do what you will with them. If an order arrives damaged, submit pictures and a description to the order confirmation email you received upon ordering.
If orders arrive damaged, we will discuss either a refund or shipping you a replacement order. We do not provide refunds just because "you do not like" an order anymore.
5. What if I do not receive my order?
We ship orders out 3-5 business days after they are placed. Once we hand off packages to the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) the package is out of our hands. We always use priority labels to get your package to you as soon as possible. Because the shipping company has control over the package, please allow up to 2 weeks after receiving your shipment sent email. If your item has not been delivered after the 2 weeks, please contact us.
Our process consist of tracking the package, notifying the delivery company, following their procedure. If the package seems to be lost or taking too long, we will discuss with you a refund or sending a new order through a different company.
